VENUE RENTAL

Easily afford your dream wedding!

Stay on budget while using our free sound system, Goodie Barn full of decor, and DIY approach

OR  pick your favorite vendors and have everything ready to go so friends and family don't have to do a thing.  

There are several ways to take advantage of the tremendous value and there are no minimum guest counts, service fees or security deposits to consider.

One Day Rental​

  • Friday

    • $1,800

  • Saturday

    • $2,000

    • ​$2,200 (May/June,  September/October)​

  • Sunday

    • $1,800​

 

Two Day Rental​

  • Friday & Saturday (9:30am-11:30pm both days)

    • $3,400​

  • ​Add Thursday (5:00pm-10:00pm) to your Friday rental.  Rehearse, host an onsite dinner and get some decorating done!

    •   $400

 

 

Private Elopement Ceremony 

  • Friday, Saturday or Sunday 

    • $600

  • 4 Hours of Access 

  • Up to 30 people

  • Officiant included

  • Can be scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance

  • THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR IMPROMPTU CEREMONIES.

Deposit

 

Deposit is $500 per rental day and due at time of contract signing.

Deposit is applied toward your total bill (not in addition to).

Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

Private Elopement Ceremony's Full Balance is due at time of contract signing.

 

Please note:  All rental fees are subject to a state and county sales tax of 6.725%.

    • Can be used outside for ceremony 

  • Covered patio and large open air patio (smoking is allowed on Patios)

  • Caterer's prep area which includes a fridge, prep counters, microwave and sink.

  • Kids Play Area so those kiddos are occupied exactly when you need them to be

  • 1 Hour Rehearsal scheduled for sometime during the week of your wedding

Optional Services

 

Linen Rental

For your convenience we offer linen rentals for $8 per linen. 

This option will save you from the hassle of ordering, pressing, hauling and storing.

Alcohol 

We do allow alcohol, NO HARD LIQUOR. 

Wine, beer and champagne only.

We require a credit card on file and a $200 cleaning fee.

Feel free to provide your own or have a professional bar tending service handle it all for you.
