Easily afford your dream wedding!

Stay on budget while using our free sound system, Goodie Barn full of decor, and DIY approach

OR  pick your favorite vendors and have everything ready to go so friends and family don't have to do a thing.  

There are several ways to take advantage of the tremendous value and there are no minimum guest counts, service fees or security deposits to consider.

One Day Rental​   9:30am-11:30pm

  • Saturday

    • Saturday $2,400    (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec)

    • Prime Saturday ​$2,800     (May, June,  Sep, Oct,)​

 

  • Thursday $1,800  (Only offered in May, June, Sep, & Oct)

  • Friday $2,200

  • Sunday $2,000​

 

Two Day Rental​

  • Friday & Saturday   

    • Friday & Saturday $4,200​     (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec)

    • Prime Friday and Saturday $4,500     (May, Jun, Sep, Oct,)

    • Two day rentals provide a savings of 10%

    • Access times are from 9:30am-11:30pm both days

 

  • Thursday & Friday 

    • Thursday & Friday $2,800

    • Access times are on Thursday from 4:00pm-9:00pm & Friday from 9:30am-11:30pm

 

Please note:  All rental fees are subject to a state and county sales tax of 6.725%.

Date Reservation Fee

 

Date reservation fee is $500 per rental day, due within 1 week of receiving contract and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Date reservation fee is applied toward your total bill (not in addition to).

Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

Optional Services

 

Linen Rental

$10 per linen

For your convenience we offer mid length white round linens for guest tables, full length white linens for straight tables and full length fitted black linens for food/drink and DJ tables.  

This option will save you from the hassle of ordering, pressing, hauling and storing. 

Alcohol 

$200 Fee and credit card on file required

We allow wine, beer, kegs, champagne, seltzers, etc.

We DO NOT allow hard liquor of any kind for the duration of your venue rental, this includes the couple and bridal party.  

 

Provide your own or have a professional bar service handle it all for you.
