with no Hidden Fees

One Day Rental​   9:30am-11:30pm

  • Friday's $2,200

    • Saturday $2,400    (Jan, Feb, Mar, Jul, Aug, Dec)

    • Prime Saturday ​$2,800     (April, May, June,  Sep, Oct, Nov)

  • Sunday

    • Prime Sunday  $2,400 (April, May, June,  Sep, Oct, Nov)

    •  Sunday $2,200    (Jan, Feb, Mar, Jul, Aug, Dec)

Two Day Rental​

  • Friday & Saturday   

    • Friday & Saturday $3,500​     (Jan, Feb, Mar, Jul, Aug, Dec)

    • Prime Friday and Saturday $4,000     (April, May, June, Sep, Oct, Nov)

    • Access times are from 9:30am-11:30pm both days

 

  • Thursday & Friday 

    • Thursday & Friday $3000

    • Access times are 9:30am-11:30pm for both days

  • We do offer Night Before Rental, a rental of the venue from 4-10:30pm (inquire for availability)  $700. This is a Great Time for you to decorate the venue, prepare the foods, do your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on site the night before your wedding day. 

Please note:  All rental fees are subject to state and county sales tax. If paid with credit card or debit card there is a service fee

Date Reservation Fee

 

Date reservation fee is $1,000 per rental day. $500 is due within 1 week of receiving contract and the remaining $500 is due within the next 30 days of signing contract.  

Date reservation fee is applied toward your total bill (not in addition to) and is a NON REFUNDABLE fee for the services of booking your date with us.

The Remaining venue rental balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

Optional Services

Linen Rental

$14 per linen

For your convenience we offer mid length white round linens for guest tables, full length white linens for straight tables and full length black linens for food/drink and DJ tables. We will set these on your tables for you too.

This option will save you from the hassle of ordering, pressing, hauling and storing.
