We do offer Night Before Rental, a rental of the venue from 4-10:30pm (inquire for availability) $700. This is a Great Time for you to decorate the venue, prepare the foods, do your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on site the night before your wedding day.
Please note: All rental fees are subject to state and county sales tax. If paid with credit card or debit card there is a service fee
Date Reservation Fee
Date reservation fee is $1,000 per rental day. $500 is due within 1 week of receiving contract and the remaining $500 is due within the next 30 days of signing contract.
Date reservation fee is applied toward your total bill (not in addition to) and is a NON REFUNDABLE fee for the services of booking your date with us.
The Remaining venue rental balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

Linen Rental
$14 per linen
For your convenience we offer mid length white round linens for guest tables, full length white linens for straight tables and full length black linens for food/drink and DJ tables. We will set these on your tables for you too.
This option will save you from the hassle of ordering, pressing, hauling and storing.
