One Day Rental

Two Day Rental

  • Thursday and Friday 

    • $2,400

    • Winter Special $2,200  (Jan/Feb)

    • Venue and grounds access on Thursday from 12:00pm - 10:00pm for use to decorate, set- up, rehearse, and host your rehearsal dinner. 

    • Venue and grounds access on Friday from 9:30am-11:30pm

  • Friday & Saturday  

    • $3,200 (Mar/Apr, Jul/Aug, Nov/Dec)

    • Prime $3,400  (May/June, Sept/Oct)

    • Winter Special $2,800 (Jan/Feb)

    • Venue and grounds access from 9:30am - 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday.

Three Day Rental

Decorate, rehearse and have your rehearsal dinner on Friday. Dedicate Saturday to your amazing day, then host a thank you wedding brunch for your closest and dearest on Sunday or leisurely pack up from the festivities. 

  • Friday - Sunday  

    •  $5,000 ( Offered in: Mar, Apr, July, Aug, Nov, Dec)

    • Venue and grounds access on Friday from 12:00pm - 11:30pm

    • Venue and grounds access on Saturday from 9:30am - 11:30pm

    • Venue and grounds access on Sunday from 9:30am - 3:00pm

 Deposit is $500 per day (two day rentals are $1,000 {$500 per day}).

Deposit is due at time of contract signing/date reservation.

Deposit is applied toward your total bill (not in addition to).

Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event. Deposits are nonrefundable.

 

Please Note:  All rental fees are subject to a State and County Sales Tax rate of 4.25%.

Professional Hair Styling

Kacie Covert is our talented In-House stylist who owns and operates I DO Hair by Kacie.

Kacie has provided thousands of updo services for wedding days.

She takes care of not only the bride, but also her bridesmaids, flower girls, mother of the brides, and mother of the grooms!

She’s happy to work with the bride only or large bridal parties.

She is quick, efficient, on time, and experienced.

Alcohol

We DO allow alcohol, but require you to have a credit card on file.

No minor drinking will be tolerated. 

$200 non-refundable cleaning fee with any alcohol event.

We allow wine, bottled beer, champagne, wine coolers, keg beer for those older than 21. 

No hard liquor or whiskey. 

Linen Rental

We currently offer white linens for all provided tables.

$8 per linen

With an infinite touch surface mirror and thin frame, this is THE mirror booth that adds a whole extra level of fun to your big day!

This adorable suite is available for rent after your Wedding or Event at Timber LineBarn. 


It sleeps 2 with a queen sized bed, dreamy linens, romantic jacuzzi tub, his & her robes, flat screen tv and movies, and extreme privacy – only one suite is available in the entire facility. 

-Enjoy your choice of Champagne, Sparkling White or Rose Wine, or Sparkling Grape Juice along with decadent chocolates and a romantic arrangement of rose petals on the bed.

-Available from the end of your wedding or event festivities to 9:00am the following morning.  

Suite can also be rented for multiple evenings with a 2 or 3 day venue rental.

$150 per night.
